What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?

I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of experts to help bring delightful desserts to life for our customers. The most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing a new dessert on our customers’ bakery shelves that is grounded in consumer insights and crafted with care from our bakeries.

What inspires your leadership approach?

My leadership approach is inspired by collaboration and respect for the value each individual offers. 

What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?

I love food, and it is rewarding to work in an industry where food is essential. Sweet baked goods bring people joy and are often used at times of celebration.
