What’s one cool thing you’ve done in the past year to help elevate/promote health and wellness at retail? 

Elisa Sloss: Launching virtual dietitian services was one of the best things we have done this past year to promote health and wellness when it was difficult to meet in person. With our virtual dietitian services, we have been able to reach customers throughout our eight-state region, and bring our health and wellness message to customers in a new way. Each month we developed an interesting theme that would resonate with customers and then created virtual classes and virtual store tours to support our theme. 

What’s next as we ease out of the pandemic? 

As we ease out of the pandemic, we are excited to hold classes, events and store tours in the stores again. Our dietitian team will also resume free, quarterly health screenings for customers that include biometric or cholesterol screenings, and free A1C screenings.
