The retailer outlined its goals and long-term strategies—including plans to eliminate food waste and increase workforce diversity—for a more sustainable future in its new environmental, social and governance framework.

"We are proud of where we are today but recognize that progress is a journey, and we will dig deeper to set new benchmarks this year," President and CEO Tony Sarsam said.
