Winsight Grocery Business is gearing up for the debut of Samplefest, a food and beverage pop-up store, set for Sept. 19-29. Located in Manhattan's SoHo district at 498 Broome St., consumers can stop by, grab a bag and pick up free samples from some of the most exciting and innovative consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.
In addition to samples, visitors can participate in fun and interactive social media photo opportunities, learn about the products and obtain recipes and coupons for future retail purchases. More than 60,000 samples will be distributed at Samplefest from brand makers such as Hershey, LaCroix, New York Apples, Nestle Waters, Theo Chocolates, Toufayan Bakeries, Campofrio Food Group, Stratus Group (beverages), Kayco (kosher distributor), Le Gruyere Switzerland and Les Trois Petits Cochons.
Concurrent with the soft opening of Samplefest on Sept. 18 will be an insights breakfast from 8-10 a.m. The breakfast will be led by consumer insights firm BrandSpark and its President, Robert Levy, who will share insights on how to build and sustain successful new products and cultivate lasting brand loyalty.
