“Today, 50 million Americans are food insecure, and one in five children under the age of 18 does not have access to enough nutritious food to learn, grow or thrive,” says Tristan Simpson, director of marketing and corporate communications, Ready Pac Foods, Inc. “Feeding America is currently serving 14 million children, and this campaign allows Ready Pac and its fans to help fight hunger and provide healthy meals to kids.”
The line of salads and mini-meals is geared specifically for elementary and middle school-aged children, as each of the eight items includes specific Disney characters as well as temporary tattoos or stickers inside each package.
