Working to understand the customer, customer behaviors and how to align and or influence those behaviors to drive sales.

What inspires your leadership approach?

My style is best described as situational leadership and the inspiration is driven from root cause analysis and emotional intelligence. Learning about people, opportunities and problems without preconceived opinions or bias is the secret sauce. I derive an incredible amount of satisfaction working with teams and applying the right amount of context and coaching to see change.

What do you cherish most about being a part of the industry?

The diversity in people, organizations and go-to-market strategies balanced with how we are all trying to solve very similar problems and capitalize on very similar opportunities.
