What’s the best part of your job?
My colleagues define resilience and inspire and motivate me to perform better than I did the day before. Our customers encourage us to think bigger and help us evolve to collectively grow and thrive in a rapidly changing shopper environment.
What inspires your leadership approach?
I have a pretty straightforward leadership approach, which grew from the different leaders I have worked with: Hire great people, give them the tools and resources to be successful and get roadblocks out of their way so they have time to do what they enjoy the most, which is spending time with customers driving collaborative growth.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the industry?
The network of colleagues and some great friends I’ve made over the years.
