I enjoy working with a diverse group of chefs and operators. It’s rewarding to show these professionals new and efficient ways to prepare food and solve culinary challenges.

What inspires your leadership approach?

I love to teach. Seeing people develop their knowledge and abilities makes me feel rewarded every day.

What do you cherish most about being a part of the grocery business?

It’s great to witness the successful launch of a new concept. The creative collaboration that occurs when rolling out a fresh concept is irreplaceable and truly motivates me.

Favorite food: I love all food, but a fresh pot of soup is something I often prepare.
