The people I meet and how I learn something new from someone every day. There’s always something new to learn in the food industry.
What inspires your leadership approach?
The innovation of the fresh departments and the fun of looking back on what was formerly small deli cases to the beautiful departments they’ve become today.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the grocery business?
The friends and knowledge I have acquired through the years, and still continue to do on a daily basis
