What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Spending my days around food and my favorite places in the world: grocery stores. I love that everyday experiences can inspire me and drive me to be more creative and more insightful in my career.
What inspires your leadership approach?
I have had the opportunity to work with so many incredible mentors and leaders in my career, because of that, my leadership approach is through teamwork, providing inspiration for others and working together for a shared vision. My dedication to food and to connect people with food motivates me each day.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
The constant opportunity to explore new products, share ideas, create new recipes and the ability to travel the world culinarily without leaving my local grocery store.
