What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Seeing the smiles on the faces of the customers—both retail and end-use customers. After developing new flavors, it is gratifying to have others get enjoyment from it.
What inspires your leadership approach?
I was blessed to have family, teachers and mentors encourage me to continue my education. I like to return the favor by supporting others to pursue their dreams and goals.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
I really enjoy the people. They are so genuine, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile for their business and customers.
Favorite food?
Ice cream (but say chicken to the people I work with).
