What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Getting to work with my two sons and watching them grow in their personal and professional lives while perpetuating a third-generation family business.
What inspires your leadership approach?
To provide a platform that allows people to express their social, scientific and creative skills and to create a space where culinary and industry can blend together. I spend my time continuously acknowledging and rewarding those in the organization who are driven by intellectual curiosity.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
Adapting to the constant consumer challenges to provide a fresh new way of eating and being a part of a generation of professionals who are compelled to provide food with less chemicals, less preservatives and functionally positive alternatives for our customers.
