Stanley “Stan” Woodworth

The most rewarding aspect of my job is watching those that I have hired, managed and/or mentored become successful leaders and exceptional, honest, happy and fulfilled employees.

This industry has the most incredible group of individuals that are passionate, thoughtful and resilient. Especially during this challenging time where we are all faced with uncharted territory, this business and the individuals that make it up have taken the reins and have a can-do attitude. What more can you possibly ask for in a team and a business?

Creating new ideas and bringing the newest trends to our customers is the most rewarding aspect of my job, as well as building relationships with our customers and fulfilling their vision of entertaining from holidays to birthday parties knowing that they have confidence in you to fulfill or exceed their expectations.

Spending my days around food and my favorite places in the world: grocery stores. I love that everyday experiences can inspire me and drive me to be more creative and more insightful in my career.

The most rewarding aspect of my job is that I have the unique opportunity to interact with a wide variety of people, across the USA and beyond, creating new products, solving customer problems, engaging in mutually beneficial dialogue and building long-term friendships along the way.

Our e-commerce world is so dynamic, and new strategies are being tested every day.

Working with my team. It’s truly an honor to be able to help develop and nurture creative talent. I’ve always believed I could achieve my dreams, and it’s a privilege to help others achieve their dreams.

The most rewarding part of my job is helping retailers create a store layout that is very functional and has a “wow” factor for customers.

The most rewarding aspect of my job is watching team members become better than they ever thought possible.
