Working with our customers to solve problems to grow our mutual sales.
What inspires your leadership approach?
I am inspired everyday by our customers, which allows me to have a “hands-on approach” so I can lead by example. It’s my anti-ivory tower approach.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
What I value most is my relationships—both professional and personal—with our customers. It has been a blessing to work with many of our customers for over a quarter of a century.
