What inspires your leadership approach?
What is inspirational to me is seeing others thrive in their environment. I have always thought that an important part of leadership is empowering others and recognizing their success.
How would you define a Champion of Change?
I would define a Campion of Change as one who has courage to take risks, is open to innovative ideas and grows a team to make a difference.
