What inspires your leadership approach?
My first mentor when I got into sales said, “Shoot straight with both the good and the bad, look for the positive in everyone and everything and in that you will always sleep great at night.”
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The opportunity to meet and work with so many wonderful people in this industry. That is very rewarding.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
We make cookies/fun food every day, how great that is! Add the benefit of the people that I get to interact with day in, day out over the last 45 years that I have been in this industry is just amazing. It has been a blessed career for sure.
Favorite food: Food is my favorite! But if I must choose one thing, I choose doughnuts!
