Five Star Gourmet Foods has partnered with Beyond Meat to create a Simply Fresh Taco Salad made with Beyond Meat. The 7.5-ounce salad features Beyond Beef crumbles alongside fresh toppings such as fire-roasted corn, roasted red bell peppers, black beans, aged Cheddar and Jack cheeses and crunchy tri-color tortilla strips. It is available for purchase in Publix, and is expected to be released in retailers nationwide in January 2021.
