Sunsweet is embracing the New Year by launching the #IEatRightBecause social media campaign in partnership with lifestyle experts to inspire consumers to live healthier lives. By submitting a picture, inspirational quote, or words of advice from a family or friend, Sunsweet provides consumers the platform to share their motivation for seeking a healthy lifestyle, all year round. Sunsweet has launched a national advertising campaign that communicates the brand's ongoing commitment to providing products that help consumers feel good with Amaz!n Prunes for great taste, nutrition and convenience.
Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes are, "The Feel Good Fruit," and contribute to a healthy diet, company officials say. Research shows that eating five to six prunes a day can help maintain bone mineral density in women. In support of bone health and in tandem with the social media campaign, for every post using #IEatRightBecause, Sunsweet will donate $1 to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting strong bones and preventing osteoporosis.

One grand prize winner of Sunsweet's #IEatRightBecause campaign will receive $1,500 and an exclusive personal session with a nationally recognized registered dietitian nutritionist, Dawn Jackson Blatner. In addition, there will be weekly and monthly runner-up prizes that include Sunsweet product samples, VIP coupons and a Fitbit Charge HR Wireless Activity Wristband.
