Mighty Spark All-Natural Premium Poultry
Satisfying demand for value-added and blended items, Mighty Sparks showcased its Sweet Thai-Style Ground Chicken and Southwest-Style Meat-Reduced Chicken Patties, which offer a blend of premium cuts of chicken, jasmine brown rice, roasted corn, black beans, fire roasted poblano, red onion, cilantro and a touch of honey.
Verde Farms Hot Dogs and Sausages
Provider of grass-fed and free-range organic beef for both retail and foodservice, Verde Farms introduced its new 100% grass-fed and 100% free-range uncured hot dogs and dinner sausages, which are available in three varieties: Hardwood Smoked, Chorizo & Queso Fresco and Hatch Chile & Cheddar.
Farmer Focus Organic Chicken
Shenandoah Valley Organic debuted its premier Farmer Focus brand of organic chicken in a number of varieties, including Garlic and Herb Butterflied and Seasoned Spatchcock Whole Chicken; Boneless Skinless Breasts With Lemon Pepper; and Boneless Skinless Thighs With Teriyaki Style seasoning. The line is certified organic and certified humane, and each item features a unique farm ID code that allows consumers to see the farm and the farmer from which the product came from.
Tyson Chairman’s Reserve Prime Beef
Tyson Fresh Meats debuted the latest addition to its line of Chairman’s Reserve meats, now available in Premium and Prime specifications. The new Prime Beef offering boasts strict specifications that require a ribeye area of 10 to 16 square inches and a hot carcass weight of less than 1,050 pounds. The company also introduced its new logo, featuring a modernized look with a new crest to represent the brand’s signature quality.
Coleman Natural Budweiser Meats
Through a new partnership with Budweiser, Coleman Natural Foods debuted its latest product line, Budweiser Meats, featuring four new co-branded, fully cooked and all-natural Coleman pork products designed for barbecue and grilling occasions. The line includes St. Louis-Style Spare Ribs and Budweiser Pulled Pork, both in a classic barbecue sauce, as well as Budweiser Beer Bratwurst and Budweiser Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst, both infused with Budweiser American Ale.
