Queen Latifah Launches Floral Collection at Ahold USA

Ahold USA has entered into an exclusive partnership with award-winning actress, singer, songwriter and producer Queen Latifah on a unique and groundbreaking floral line.

The Queen Collection is a first-of-its-kind line of floral bouquets and plants designed by Queen Latifah, reflecting her iconic style with beautiful arrangements and premium quality flowers. Beginning Oct. 7, the line will be available at the Ahold USA family of stores, including Stop & Shop, Giant Food of Landover, Giant Food Stores of Carlisle and Martin's.

The Queen Latifah Collection features a number of stunning arrangements, including eight floral bouquets and two orchids that have all been personally named by Queen Latifah. Using inspiration from her widely varied professional career, Queen Latifah has named each design based on the feeling it is meant to convey and evoke. The Queen Collection bouquets include Passion Rose Bunch, Hope Bouquet and the Confidence Bouquet.

"I love flowers, giving them and receiving them, so when Ahold USA presented me with this incredible opportunity, I jumped at the chance to create my own floral line that is beautiful, and easily accessible at popular grocery stores, at affordable prices," says Queen Latifah. "I am extremely proud of the innovative designs we've created and the quality flowers that I have handpicked exclusively for The Queen Collection."

Ahold USA officials note that 100 percent of the flowers in the Queen Collection bouquets and arrangements are sustainably sourced from certified farms. The Queen Collection is offered at a range of price points starting at $10.88.

The exclusive collection was developed by Ahold USA, in partnership with United Entertainment Group, a leading entertainment, sports and lifestyle agency.
