Saffron Road has introduced three new flavors to its line of whole ingredient wraps: Bean & Cheese, Samosa with Chickpeas, and Butter Chicken wraps. Saffron Road Bean & Cheese artisan wraps feature 14 grams of plant-based protein and black-eyed beans simmered with tomatoes and Indian spices. In Samosa with Chickpeas, potatoes, chickpeas, and simmered tomatoes provide a vegan twist on traditional Samosas. The brand’s Butter Chicken wrap is made with antibiotic-free white meat chicken and a blend of masala spices. All three wraps have an SRP of $3.29.
Seemore Meats & Veggies, a woman-owned and -led sausage company, has introduced Chicken Chili Verde Sausage. A zesty blend of humanely raised chicken, poblano peppers, spicy green chilis (jalapeno and serrano), fresh cilantro and garlic, the Chicken Chili Verde Sausage retails for $8.99 for a pack of four.

Franklin Farms, a division of Keystone Natural Holdings, has launched a new chickpea-based product line. The expansion of the brand’s plant-based offerings includes Chickpea Tofu and Peppadew Pepper Chickpea Tofu. Both products are plant-based, vegan, non-GMO, cholesterol free, gluten free, kosher and soy free. Franklin Farms Chickpea Tofu is easy to use and requires no draining or pressing, says the company. Both tofu products can be cubed or sliced for use in wraps, salads, soup, tacos and more.
