Promising “No Tricks, No Schticks,” a 70,000-square-foot kosher superstore known as Bingo Wholesale opened its second location recently in Lakewood, N.J.
The store is a joint venture between Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Marav USA and Osher Ad, a grocery chain with 20 stores in Israel. A previous Bingo store opened in Brooklyn in 2016.
What follows are photos of the store, which combines warehouse prices—and warehouse quantities—on specialty kosher foods, home goods and bulk items in Lakewood, which is home to a large Jewish community in Ocean County, N.J.
Sixteen checkout lanes were busy on a recent weekend as area residents checked out the new store. The company is planning a third location in Monsey, N.Y., in Rockland County, according to its website.
