What’s the best part of your job?

I enjoy the diversity of my role, focused on industry and agency engagement. From an industry perspective, I’m focused on identifying ways to connect Bayer strategies with retailer strategies and shoppers’ needs as part of our overall customer engagement strategy. I work with our trade associations to represent the needs of Bayer and our customers. From an agency perspective, my team is focused on the in-store execution of our brands. I am amazed at the creativity in-store to make sure our brands are available on shelf and best positioned for our shoppers to drive incremental purchases and results.

What inspires your leadership approach?

People. I am energized by the people around me—my team, our customers, consumers and shoppers. I’m here to make a difference by helping them.

What do you cherish most about being a part of the industry?

I am proud to be part of our industry because we make people’s lives better. At Bayer, we are focused on empowering the transformation of everyday health. We help people take better care of themselves and provide self-care solutions with our brands. There aren’t many industries where you can say that. Bayer is also committed to serving the underserved through the availability and affordability of our trusted, high-quality brands and by providing access to better nutrition. I am excited about future innovations to serve all our consumers and their needs.
