What’s the best part of your job?
I love to solve problems. Dissecting complexity to manageable pieces and then applying creativity toward solutions has long been a passion of mine. A great day at the office is to work with a cross-functional team working on meaty problems, whether working to make ourselves better or serving our clients.
What inspires your leadership approach?
I’ve had the chance to work with truly great leaders that I endeavor to emulate. A few foundational principles include treat people (and clients) fairly, trust in the team and the process, strive toward better and enjoy the ride.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the industry?
Growth and change.
