What’s the best part of your job?

Helping our CPG manufacturer and retailer clients keep pace with the constantly evolving consumer landscape. So much has changed in the past several years: what, where, when and how consumers make purchases and their willingness to be disloyal to brands and retailers that don’t earn their trust. I enjoy helping clients deliver the relevance needed to truly resonate with today’s consumers.

What inspires your leadership approach?

I love finding answers to the most important problems. We operate on a mentality of “fewer, faster, bolder,” and I aim to embody that every day by ensuring we tackle challenges in a high-velocity, high-value way. I also operate on a basis of trust and accountability, with clear communication as the bedrock.
