The excitement that comes with the amount of change occurring, which requires all of us to be agile, flexible, collaborative and risk-taking.

What inspires your leadership approach?

I have had some great leaders in my career because they valued my point of view. The best leaders don’t micromanage. I learned at an early point in my career to value every member of your team as an individual with unique strengths each one brings. When you do that, you learn to rely on different perspectives and work collaboratively.

What do you cherish most about being a part of the industry?

Relationships and experiences. This is a small industry, which provides an opportunity to develop some real connections and meet some great people.
