I truly enjoy working with retailers to understand their customers and challenges, and to find new solutions for their market needs.
What inspires your leadership approach?
After 32 years in the food industry, I try to remember that new opportunities are constantly presenting themselves. I stay on top of industry trends and try to read between the lines to find new ideas and solutions.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the grocery business?
I cherish the dedicated group of people that I get to work with each day.
