Vermont Smoke & Cure is launching Hickory Smoked Uncured Bacon Pork Mini Sticks. The fourth stick to be offered by Vermont Smoke & Cure in a 5-ounce go-pack format, the sticks have a smoky flavor with a hint of maple syrup. Produced in small batches and slow cooked, the uncured mini sticks are made with premium cuts of vegetarian-fed meat from animals raised without antibiotics or added hormones.
