Inmar Intelligence has launched Retail Cloud, a comprehensive marketing suite of media, incentives and commerce solutions, with the goal of helping retailers create a seamless omnichannel experience for shoppers in a digitally disrupted world accelerated by COVID-19.
Retail Cloud allows retailers to integrate promotions and media strategies to fit how marketers plan and how shoppers shop, Inmar said. Features include digital coupons, loyalty programs, programmatic media, on-site media, influencer marketing, in-store media, e-commerce and other marketing solutions.
Keasbey, N.J.-based Wakefern Food Corp. said it found the solution useful in connecting with shoppers in and away from stores, while providing data to help decisions. “The Retail Cloud makes it easy for us to engage with shoppers wherever their offline and online journeys take them,” Chief Customer Officer Steve Henig said in a release. “The metrics and data provided are quickly translatable into actionable information we can use to guide our decision-making."
In April, Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Inmar Intelligence also launched a digital shopping solution powered by Inmar’s Retail Engagement Platform to help independent grocers quickly launch e-commerce as the coronavirus caused more shoppers to go online.
